Throughout a stellar career spanning more than 25 years, he has served at the most senior level in all aspects of IT leadership including operations, applications, data, and IT security.  Most recently Steve was the Director of Business Solutions for Concho Resources where he leveraged his knowledge of business strategy, operations, technology, and organizational change management to deliver modern data analytics and digital transformation within the company.

 

Steve has a Master’s in Organizational Dynamics from the University of Oklahoma and Bachelor’s in Industrial Technology. He has also pursued extensive professional development training and certifications that span a variety of executive leadership areas.
